His Story, Is Our Story

Family owned & operated, small business, made to order candle company located in Myrtle Beach, SC!

Our goal as a candle business is to deliver the best quality candles to our customers in regards to what products we use to create our candles, as well as the look, customization options and of course, the smell!

As you may have noticed from our logo, our mascot is in fact a German shepherd. But not just any German shepherd, his name was Eli, which we have even named the entire company after.

​

Eli was an important member of the family, he was loved and helped more the souls of more people than anyone could imagine. He was rescued at 2 years old from a very bad situation, where he even sadly had his own teeth filed down by his former owner, though the sweet boy had and continued to never bite a soul his entire life.

Thankfully he was able to find a much better, loving, and safe home with a member of this family. After a couple great years filled with walks on the beaches of South Carolina and sunny days playing at the dog park or swimming in the lake, Eli was diagnosed with cancer.

Though he was treated for several months by the best vets in the area, even miles away from home with his humans never leaving his side, his pain was too much to bear and he was laid to rest. In honor of a soul that healed so many others, our ultimate goal at Eli's Candles LLC is to be able to make enough of a revenue to set up a donation service of at least 15% of every order to an organization that will aid in helping the vet bills for other canines that are diagnosed with this terrible disease.

As a family that has gone through the pain, we know that the last thing that needs to be on your mind is the sadly, incredible price that comes with treatment for our furry family members.
